Duran Auto Service & Tire Inc

Stay away from Duran Auto Service & Tire Inc. This was one of the worst experiences I've had with an auto repair shop. The price kept increasing from the original quote without clear justification, and I felt pressured to pay much more than expected. The quality of the repair was unacceptable, and the work did not meet basic expectations. I left feeling misled and taken advantage of. I will never return and would not recommend this shop to anyone. If you decide to use them, insist on a detailed written estimate and don't approve any additional charges without getting everything in writing first.

I've been going to Durans for over 15 years. Elias, Jose, and their entire team has always taken great care of me and anyone I've ever referred there. They're honest and transparent and they never try to up-sale you. In 15 years, I've never had a bad experience.

I was in the area with my mom while we were checking out a car she was thinking about buying. Since we’re not very familiar with what to look for when it comes to cars, I decided to call Duran’s shop for some guidance. He kindly invited us to stop by for a quick check. From the moment we arrived, his staff was welcoming, and Duran himself was incredibly professional and transparent. He took the time to look over the car and ended up saving us from buying a vehicle with hidden issues—the seller had actually manipulated the check engine/transmission light to hide a known problem. We were so grateful for his honesty and willingness to help. It really made a stressful situation so much easier. I would absolutely recommend this shop to friends and family!

The only shop I’ll ever take my car to! The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about making sure customers are taken care of. I recently came in for an oil change and the service was quick, efficient, and very reasonably priced. It’s refreshing to find a shop that’s both reliable and genuinely focused on taking care of their customers. You can tell they take pride in their work & building long-term relationships with customers rather than treating you like another transaction. I’ve been here for many services and will always say this is the best place to go, I highly recommend!

Excellent and quick service. They are friendly. After getting to the place, they take the car tire and check it and start working on it. I ask some questions, and they answered all questions. I am happy with their service. They have enough workers to work for each car. They are open on Sunday, which is a good thing. Most of the place is closed on Sunday. So, I recommend you to go to this place.
